Candidate

1. Application review
After submitting your application, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email. Our sourcing team reviews your file and informs you whether it is complete or if any information is missing. A recruiter will carefully assess your application, and you will receive a response within three weeks.

2. Pre-selection interview
After submitting your application, you will systematically receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. Our specialized sourcing team reviews your application and confirms that your file is complete. If any information is missing, our team will contact you. A recruitment officer carefully reviews your application. You will receive a response within a maximum of three weeks.

3. Manager interview
If your application is shortlisted, you will have an initial interview with one of our recruitment consultants, who will be your point of contact at Orange. This interview, which may take place by phone, in person, or via video, is intended to help us better understand your motivations and skills. Feel free to ask any questions about the role, the department, the Group, or our strategy.

4. Your application has been accepted
After the interviews, the recruiter selects a candidate and usually contacts them by phone. If you are successful, you will receive a job offer along with all the information needed to join the company, followed by an email with the details before your start date. In the event of an unsuccessful application, you will be informed and, if you wish, may receive feedback explaining the decision.

5. Other assessments
During the selection process, you may be asked to take tests: a language test, a case study, and a personality test.
